Job Opportunity. We are looking to hire a part-time personal assistant for Steven and Mia. Steven is the founder and CEO of Mia is a real estate agent for Sotheby’s.

Typical Tasks

  • Running errands
  • Taking care of the dog (German Shepherd) when we’re not available
  • General computer work, searches, typing up letters, book appointments
  • Social media help: content creation (blogging, video recording and editing, photography) and content posting (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Shopping for supplies, food. Prep for parties.
  • Light household work: cutting up vegetables, making protein shakes for the week, etc.
  • Travel research and planning


  • Approx 3 hours a day (15 hours a week)
  • You are a timely, responsible, organized, resourceful, and delightful individual. You present yourself well.
  • Have your own transportation with a good driving record
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel (or equivalent) and social media. Big plus if you’ve built your own following.
  • Love dogs
  • Can pass a background check


  • $20/hour
  • Reimbursement for gas and other expenses
