PCP

I am realizing more and more that I am no longer in charge of building our winning product. I am in charge of buidling a winning organization. It is the organization that will build the winning products of the future – not me.

Thus, I am learning to focus my efforts on PCP: people, capital, and process.

  1. Steven, it’s fun and inspiring to follow your progress. You guys are kicking butt and that is awesome. I read a book 2 weeks ago that I think you should check out if you haven’t already. It’s called “Delivering Happiness” and its the story of how Zappos.com came to be and why their focus and passion for delivering happiness to employees and customers alike has allowed them to thrive. Its an easy read but one with many takeaways I think you’ll benefit from as you guys continue to grow. Keep up the momentum! ~Toby
